9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Dig Days take place at the Berry site, outside of Morganton, NC, so everybody has a chance to participate in the discovery of Fort San Juan and Joara. This is a fun, casual work day, so while we do want to be productive, the most important part is that people are able to enjoy themselves. We have 8 Dig Days scheduled this fall, and they are all accepting registrations.

Dig Day Details
Every other Friday & Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Register for location details. Must be 16 years of age and older (younger explorers ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a paid adult). No experience is necessary. Participants may enroll for one or more of the scheduled dates. These days are weather dependent, and need a minimum of 4 people registered. Cost is $15.00 per day, or $5.00 for current EJF members, payable on sight.
