Touring Joara Release Waiver:
In consideration of your accepting this registration into the Touring Joara 2016, we the undersigned, separately and together, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assignees, waive and release any and all rights and claims, whether for damages or otherwise, we may have against the Table Rock Sports Car Club and the Exploring Joara Foundation, its officers and members, the State of North Carolina, the sponsors and officials, and their employees, agents, representatives, successors and assignees for any and all injuries or property damage or loss suffered by any of us while participating in this event.
